- Processing Service Providers: Third-party providers that help with transcription, translation, summarization, and note organization. Audio content is processed to provide requested features and is not permanently stored by these providers.
- Third-Party Integrations: When you choose to export content to Notion or other platforms, data is shared with those services as directed by you.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

Transcription data, summaries, notes, translations, and exported materials are stored in your account until you delete them or your account is terminated. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
